74327396788321657*2^42+1 is a Factor of F40!!!
Miracles happen from time to time... and I discovered the second Fermat factor of this year on my birthday's week!
The factor has 30 digits, and was found using a Intel 9800x with a Nvidia RTX2060 and the program mmff from George Woltman.
